Stage 2: The Initial Consultation.

Your journey to a full recovery starts off with an Initial Consultation. We want you to have a stress-free experience when visiting us, and in order to do this we will try and answer 4 key questions that everybody wants answering….


Stage 3: Course of Treatment.

Most injuries we see will need a Course of Treatment to get you back to your physical best again (depending on the goal you set!). Acute injuries may resolve within 3-6 sessions here, but for more longer-term problems they may need more (6+ sessions).

Here’s why you should get treatment from us:

  • We offer total flexibility in appointment days/times to suit your needs (Daytime, Evenings or Saturdays).
